The Transpacific Management Service was founded in 1966, growing along with Southern California’s burgeoning communities. We were the first association management firm in Orange County, and have established ourselves as leaders in the world of community living; combining forward-thinking leadership with advanced financial and customer service systems to provide a customer-focused experience reflecting the unique needs and desires of our clients.
As one of the select companies in California to receive the Certified Management Firm designation from CACM, we are proud to boast a roster of experienced, professional leaders. Transpacific’s president, William Sasser is a CACM’s Lifetime Achievement Award winner.
Our executive team is composed of pioneers and thought leaders in the field of community management and is often called upon to teach others. Members of the executive team serve on CACM’s executive committee are part of CACM’s teaching faculty, serve on the board of directors of the Building Industry Association and teach land development and project management at Cal State Long Beach.
